The UNESCO has identified the Western Ghats as one of the eight hottest hotspots in the world as it is home to a wide variety of endangered flora and fauna - a treasure trove of more than 700 different endemic medicinal plants.
Athachi Farms, located in the heart of the Palakkad Gap, has an ecological niche with its unique environmental and biological conditions. An area of outstanding biodiversity, we are blessed with a high level of soil fertility, a unique and ideal climatic condition that is hot and humid, abundant rains, and land breeze around the year, offering perfect conditions for growing rare herbs and plants.
